Returns

Returns can be made within the first 30 days of purchase, providing the product is returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. In accordance with this policy, we will exchange it or offer a refund of the purchase price paid (excluding any delivery charges). We do stress that you read the safety instructions and follow guidelines to ensure correct use, prior to making a returns request. Incorrect use of the holder may result in your return request being refused.

Returns costs are to be paid by the customer, using a trackable service back to the seller. Please contact us via email (hello@babycameraholder.co.uk) or the online enquiry form (at the bottom of the page) requesting returns information. Once your return is received and passes inspection, then please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to show.

If returns are made after the 30 day period, or if a return is made without proper packaging then the seller retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time.

Delivery

How Much is Delivery?
Poastage and packaging is £4.99 for tracked 2nd class delivery via Royal Mail, within the UK. Different delivery charges will apply for delivery outside of the UK. Please contact us to discuss delivery charges outside of the UK.

How much time will it take to receive my order?
You will receive notification once the product has been dispatched and sent via 2nd class Royal Mail delivery.
For in stock items, we aim to process your order within 48 hours of receipt (Monday to Saturday), and Royal Mail 2nd class postage aims to deliver within 2-3 days (including Saturdays).
Customers for pink & blue pre-orders will be notified of their progress once dispatched, but unfortunately there is no date for when we will receive this pre-order shipment.
Please note that circumstances affecting the carrier like weather, special events, bank holidays or various incidents may delay delivery, and unfortunately this is out of our control.

FAQ’s

WILL THE FLEXI HOLDER HOLD MY VIDEO MONITOR?
YES, the Flexi Holder will hold almost all video monitor’s on the market.

HOW DO YOU PUT THE FLEXI HOLDER TOGETHER?
Its very simple, it comes 90% pre-assembled. All you need to do is screw the shelf to the hose, add on some velcro dots/strips to securely hold the monitor and away you go. No special tools are required, nor any drilling to walls.

WHERE CAN I PUT THE FLEXI HOLDER IN MY ROOM?
Most places with a flat area width of under 25mm are suitable for the clamp to grip on to, as the Flexi Holder clamp can open up to 25mm. Good locations are window ledges, chairs, shelves, tables.

HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO BEND THE FLEXIBLE HOSE?
Its relatively easy to bend and flex into the desirable position. Please refer to the safety manual included for best flexing positions. We strongly advise to bend the Flexi Holder by holding onto the hose to flex into position, and NOT by holding the shelf to angle. This will prevent the shelf from breaking off.

HOW BIG IS THE SHELF?
The shelf is a similar to a triangle shape, so its approximately 130mm wide (left to right) and approximately 130mm deep (front to back)

CAN THE FLEXI HOLDER BE USED FOR OTHER PURPOSES?
Within reason, the Flexi Holder can be used to hold almost anything (subject to size & weight of course). As long as it fits on the shelf, you have clamped correctly, and the hose if appropriately angled, then small items can be placed on it in place of the video monitor
